How have you been been feeling this week? With so many changes and uncertainties many have admitted to feeling overwhelmed, anxious, fatigued or depressed. So if you're experiencing any of this you're not alone. I understand and want to help you find some peacefulness through the chaos. In order to keep your body healthy and vibrant, it's essential to create harmony on each level - emotional, physical, spiritual and energetic. Today, I'd like to dive right in and offer suggestions to get you feeling more balanced: Maintain a routine. Wake up and go to bed at the same time each day. Be sure to stick with a regular meal schedule, allow time for work, errands, exercise, fresh air and downtime.
