Cultivating Inner Stillness

I understand and want to help you find some peacefulness through the chaos. In order to keep your body healthy and vibrant, it's essential to create harmony on each level - emotional, physical, spiritual and energetic.
Today, I'd like to dive right in and offer suggestions to get you feeling more balanced:
Maintain a routine. Wake up and go to bed at the same time each day. Be sure to stick with a regular meal schedule, allow time for work, errands, exercise, fresh air and downtime.
Eat healthful meals. Often stress encourages us to eat comfort food, and while a few treats a week is ok, too much can cause you to feel worse over time.
Schedule time each day for self care. This may either be a warm bath, a good book, an artistic project, yoga or meditation.
To help get you started, I've created a meditation that I'd like to share with you. It's only a little over 6 minutes so can be done at any time throughout the day to help bring you a sense of grounding and stillness. The meditation can be found here
